I love your story, and knowing you have crafted a happy ending for yourself, or rather a happy beginning. It’s been two years since my ex got the seven year itch, it’s hard to get over the lies and breach of trust; I’m still working on that. I’m happier alone though and who knows what tomorrow will bring.

wow. I haven’t really read much of your blog for a back story, but this post hit home a little.
I was seperated (march) and divorced (sept) in 2008 from my best friend. he made mistakes, I had to move on. I met my boyfriend oct 08. (fast, i know!) more than a year later, the ex and I are friends again and the boyfriend and I are terrific. I am still terrified of the moving forward and remarrying. but maybe one day I will get there.
